Can You See Yourself in Ruth’s Story?

Ruth is a learner…

She loved aspects of her job, but deep down she wanted more. It wasn’t that her job wasn’t challenging but wondered if she was in the right job or if she was missing something in her work. She wanted to take steps, but she didn’t know how. She didn’t quite know what she would be taking steps towards.

One day…

She heard of the Kingdom coach from her friend Isabelle and wondered if she could help her fulfill her dreams and passions too as Isabelle had told her about and to get help in finding her next season in work.

She met the kingdom coach…

and was surprised that the coach didn’t yell at her and make her feel bad about the kind of worker that she was. She was also surprised that as she worked on the assignments that were given that something was starting to open up inside of her. It was hard to fully explain, but things that had been shut up inside began to open up. Things that she had told herself like she wasn’t good at, began to change. She started taking small steps and the things that she told herself that she wasn’t good at, she discovered that she was good at them. She even liked these things. She was finding out that through meeting with the Kingdom coach that change was happening, but not through the coach telling her what to do.

The Kingdom coach…

was good at asking her good questions and it made Ruth think about her jobs and her life. She realized that not only did she want more, but was willing to not be afraid anymore. It took discipline and work, but she found that when her time was done with the Kingdom Coach that she knew what to do. The thing that most surprised her was that she knew who she was and who she wasn’t. She did look for new work and loves what she is doing. She was so grateful to have worked with the Kingdom coach because she never would have been in her new job and feeling so fulfilled if she had not worked with the Kingdom coach.
